Alliston Community Christian School

What should your child’s education prepare them for?
Imagine a school where your child successfully develops in knowledge and wisdom while participating in building the kingdom of Christ.
Education is not simply ‘preparation for tomorrow’ but, instead, is about making meaningful connections to the world around them today.
Is your child learning to recognize, understand, appreciate, and respond to God’s creation?
At Alliston Community Christian School, we can help your child understand who God has made them to be, while nourishing a heart for others and a mind for Christ.
Your child’s educational journey has new purpose when connected to Jesus Christ.
Christ-centred education, at Alliston Community Christian School, invites your child into a deeper story – God’s Story – where learning is not merely about acquiring knowledge but about discovering his or her role in God’s redemptive work.
Every child is an image-bearer of Jesus Christ whose purpose is fulfilled in living faithfully in the story of God’s creation and redemptive work. In this way, students begin to see that their lives are part of a greater narrative shaped by faith and purpose.
At ACCS, children learn to identify Throughlines – the intersections of learning where biblical virtues like justice, compassion, and stewardship connect with and guide character formation.
Project-based learning is reframed as Formational Learning Experiences, creating authentic learning opportunities for students to live out these Christian virtues in real-world applications.
Altogether, children at Alliston Community Christian School are equipped to be faithful disciples, responsive citizens, and active contributors to the healing Christ has initiated in this world.

What We Do
Beginning with the Ontario curriculum expectations, our teachers develop lessons that are responsive to students’ diversity and encourage students to collaboratively explore with inquiry and creatively communicate.
Our school is located on a beautiful 14-acre property with fields, forests, valleys and wetland. As they learn about God’s creation, students enjoy indoor and outdoor learning activities.
Our community is known for its welcoming nature, built upon a strong and faithful foundation with active participation of parents and other Christian community members.
Our Values
We target our students to Christ.
Our education is transformational.
We educate each student uniquely.
Our school is for the community.
